What Free includes
Create and send invoices, manage a client roster (notes, VIP, logos), set a business profile, and use the ledger for outstanding and paid totals.
Free caps on premium modules: one active recurring schedule, three open quotes, and forty unbilled hours. Manual overdue reminders stay free for everyone.
What is not free forever
Premium unlocks unlimited recurring templates, unlimited open quotes, unlimited time tracking with a timer, automatic overdue reminders, and auto-send on recurring invoices.
Checkout is handled in-app when Premium is available for your account. Until then, Free is enough to invoice real clients.
Security without enterprise theater
Email activation on signup, scrypt password hashing, and session invalidation when you change your password or sign out.
Public share tokens are long random values. App routes and invoice tokens are noindexed so search engines do not list your clients' bills.
